I needed a tool to cut Fiber rock which is a cement type board made out of all recycled materials that cannot be cut by knife and broken. The customer wanted to use it in place of drywall in a house because drywall is not green,(has a high carbon footprint) so I needed a tool to cut it that didn't create a lot of dust. The tool worked fine when its working but on day 2 it broke a bolt that held the blades together. No one carries that bolt and replacement was 2 weeks out from Dewalt so I went to a local hardware store and bought a bolt that worked. That lasted another day and Im still replacing ...
