Ridgid 31657
I bought the older version of this back in 1995. It finally broke last year and I had to replace it, so I bought another one. It's basically the same as my old one except that the pin that goes through the cutter wheel now is held in by a ball bearing. The old style used a c-clip (which was a pain in the [...] to deal with when you had to replace the cutter wheel). It cuts 4" to 1.5" plastic DWV pipe.
