GearWrench 85072
I ordered this after reading the mostly positive reviews for the 3/8" GearWrench electronic torque wrench. I was disappointed with this wrench the first time I saw it. There is far too much cheap plastic on the wrench. The battery cover is held on by a tiny screw that is far too easy to lose. For my first use, I set the desired torque and used it with the whole wrench in a straight line. I thought it worked in this manner but it does not (at least not as a torque wrench). It does work as a screwdriver in this mode, but in using it in this mode to tighten a bolt, ...
