Read this first Dalluge DDT16P 16 Ounce DDTP Titanium Hammer

There are many debates on hammers. Titanium vs Steel. Wood handle vs Synthetic handle. etc. My dream hammer would be this same hammer but in 18oz titanium. Until then this will remain the reigning champ. I am sketched out by pulling nails with the side of the head having had a rough history with pulling nails with wood handles. Also the twenty dollar handle replacement is also a downer. Switched to this hammer from a 22oz estwing that started "pinging" after it wore out.
